Overview
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dedicated Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Canadian immigration laws and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the immigration process. The RCIC will serve as a trusted advisor, managing client cases from initial consultation through application submission and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert immigration advice and consultation to clients regarding various Canadian immigration programs and pathways.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate immigration applications, ensuring all documentation complies with current regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure client cases are handled correctly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing of applications.
- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the overall immigration process to foster informed decision-making.
- Ensure all activities adhere to the standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Assist clients in preparing for interviews or hearings related to their immigration cases as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the ICCRC.
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or legal advisory roles related to immigration law.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in case management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry changes. Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
