Candidates must be dependable with good computer and communication skills. Must be detailed, accurate, self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Sort and distribute incoming mails and prepare outgoing mails in a timely manner
- Record information as needed.
- Greet clients and visitors as needed.
- File documents
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintain supply inventory.
- Maintain office equipment as needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Use office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
- Perform receptionist duties
- Attend to other tasks that may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
