Carter GM Burnaby is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Automotive Lot Person to join our dealership.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in automotive lot organization and will be responsible for the organization, presentation, and daily coordination of our vehicle inventory, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-ready environment at all times.

Responsibilities
- Oversee lot organization and vehicle placement to maximize presentation and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and movements between the showroom, service department, and customer delivery areas.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly stocked with keys and required documentation.
- Conduct regular lot inspections and identify any safety, maintenance, or appearance concerns.
- Assist sales, service, and transport teams with vehicle logistics and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and inventory status.
- Supervise lot attendants and contractors as required.
- Support seasonal displays, special events, and promotional lot setups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive lot organization, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Forklift, tow-bar, or vehicle-handling certifications are considered an asset.
- Previous automotive technician experience or retired automotive technicians are encouraged to apply.
