Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve soft serve ice cream and Taiyaki desserts with attention to quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Assist in managing guest inquiries, providing information about menu items, and promoting specials
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting positively with guests of all ages, including children
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and guest interactions
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Working with children or engaging in public speaking is a plus, demonstrating comfort in interacting with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Passion for food presentation and creating enjoyable guest experiences

Pay: $17.85-$29.76 per hour
