Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Memberto join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist in food handling and preparation while adhering to food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of tood handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management abilities to handle fast-paced environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Freshslice experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
