Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing a wide range of dental procedures while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using digital tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Utilize dental software such as Paradigm for charting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate medical and dental records, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice dentistry.
- Experience with dental office management software , familiarity with Paradigm is an asset.
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Experience working in a busy dental office environment is highly desirable.

Pay: $100,599.02-$410,668.08 per year
