The Epicurean is seeking a motivated Garde Mange /Pantry to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knife skills and prep experience
- Comfortable working with salads, cold stations, and fryer items
- Strong attention to a detail and organization
- Positive attitude and ability to work welkin a team
- Flexible with shifts
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute salads and cold dishes with consistency
- Assist with fryer items and support the line during service
- Maintain a clea, organized, stocked station
- Support prep and kitchen operations as needed
- Work efficiently to ensure timely service
