Job Description:
This position is ideal for someone with experience in wedding or event coordination who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Bonus points if you love natural wine and fermentation! While you'll occasionally be on-site for venue tours and event support, the majority of the role is remote and centred around thoughtful, timely communication. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them from their initial inquiry through the planning process with warmth, professionalism, and immaculate attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all wedding and event inquiries
- Guide prospective clients through the booking process and maintain ongoing communication throughout
- Schedule and lead venue tours and client meetings on-site
- Coordinate event logistics leading up to weddings and private events
- Assist with occasional event set-up and on-site coordination
- Research wedding and event trends to help evolve Revel's offerings
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to help grow the events side of the business
- Keep client records, calendars, and communications organized
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event planning or a similar client-facing role within the hospitality, event or wedding industry
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to the cidery as needed
