COMPANY: Label Source - We specialize in custom flexographic tag and label printing, We are looking for candidates who are dynamic and proactive and have a genuine interest in our industry, with strong mechanical aptitude and a great positive learning attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES :
· The successful candidate will produce quality tags and labels to meet customer quality standards while minimizing downtime and waste leading to operational efficiency.
· Reception of the order; work analysis; verification of raw material and availability of accessories and tooling.
· Maintain print quality from start to finish and follow the press schedule
· Completion of all paper work (press reports, sample and PM checklist are a top priority)
· Maintain the press in good working condition
· Work safely following all safety rules
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Press Operator on a flexographic press is required
· Organized and Detail oriented.
· Must be able to follow SOP’s.
· Ability to meet production requirements and deadlines

· Stand for prolonged periods of time.
· Concentration and attention to detail for long periods of time
· Moderate intermittent lifting (approx 50 lbs)
