We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Services Specialist to support the successful delivery of client learning and facilitation projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are set up clearly, stakeholders are aligned, pre-session requirements are coordinated, participant materials are prepared, and assessment processes are completed accurately.
You will be accountable for creating a smooth experience for clients, facilitators/coordinators, and participants by keeping project information organized across internal systems, arranging pre-session calls, preparing session packages, supporting assessment access and reporting, and maintaining clear daily priorities and follow-up notes.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. Success in this role means that projects are ready before delivery, participants have what they need, facilitators/coordinators are informed, and outstanding items are tracked through completion.
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
