Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in carpentry, and finishing work. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinet installation, roofing, siding, flooring, tile laying, and more. The <PERSON> will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a broad range of tools and techniques to ensure quality craftsmanship and project success.
Duties
- Install cabinets, flooring (including tile laying), siding, roofing, and other building components
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet aesthetic and safety standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction projects
- Apply construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience 5yr. Minimum in construction-related roles such as carpentry, roofing, or general contracting
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures on construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work INDEPENDENTLY and as part of a team across multiple projects
- Prior handyman experience or experience in restoration is NECESSARY
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to electrical work or plumbing are advantageous
