Independent Counselling Enterprises (ICE) supports adults with disabilities to live meaningful, inclusive lives. We are hiring a Community Rehabilitation Manager to oversee multiple programs in our Edmonton region — ICE’s largest and most dynamic area.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support staff across residential and non-residential programs
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and program performance
- Ensure high-quality, consistent client care
- Review documentation, support plans, and reporting
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and community partners
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Manage program resources and budgets responsibly
- Respond to urgent situations using established procedures
- Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in disability services or similar field
- Experience supervising staff and managing program operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality service
- Comfortable with documentation and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Requirements:
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months)
- First Aid & CPR Level A (or willingness to obtain)
- $2M liability insurance
