Job Title: Basement Renovation Team Lead / General Renovation Lead
We are looking to hire a full-time Basement Renovation Team Lead to join our residential renovation company.
We specialize in basement renovations, legal second units, bathrooms, and custom residential projects in Brampton and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced renovation lead who can manage the day-to-day work on site and complete basement projects from framing to finishing.
The right candidate should be able to lead a small team, stay organized, solve problems on site, and make sure the work is completed properly, on time, and with good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have experience with:
- Basement framing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Flooring installation
- Interior painting
- Trim, doors, baseboards, and general carpentry
- Basic tiling work
- Bathroom and basement finishing work
- Reading basic drawings and following project layouts
- Managing job site materials and tools
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Leading a small renovation team
- Making sure work is completed with good quality
- Communicating with the project manager
- Helping complete projects on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential renovation or basement finishing
- Must have experience working on basement renovation projects
- Must be able to complete work from framing to finishing
- Must have basic tools
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must be able to lead a small team
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be able to work full-time
- Must be able to work in Brampton and surrounding areas
- Driver’s license and vehicle preferred
- Must be comfortable working on multiple stages of a renovation project
