Ensure the integrity and accuracy of transactional and accounting data by performing reconciliations for Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Payments activities.

Analyze discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate their resolution through to complete remediation or settlement.

Manage Nostro account reconciliations, payment investigations, and payment exceptions while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, operational workflows, systems, and key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Apply operational controls and monitoring practices to ensure the completeness, reliability, and quality of daily activities.

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, technologies, regulatory requirements, systems, and operating procedures.

College diploma with 6–7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with 3–4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets operations, operational processes, and business interdependencies.

Experience in reconciliations, payments, Nostro accounts, investigations, banking operations, treasury activities, or correspondent banking processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and automation functionalities.

Knowledge of systems such as Accurate, SWIFT, MIDAS, Bankmate, Murex, ISM (T80), CDS, DTC, APS, TBT, Microsoft Office, and Access.

Experience working in a complex operational environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
