Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wine Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the wine industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. The Wine Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term client relationships.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets within the wine industry.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners through outside sales efforts.
- Lead business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in marketing, customer service, or technology sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and business development within the wine or related industries.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to interpret market data effectively.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving objectives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling technical sales presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
