Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and supporting our organization’s growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and proficiency with various HR technology platforms. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs across departments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Engage in HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify potential candidates.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media outreach, job postings, and participation in recruiting events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in training & development initiatives related to talent acquisition best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, interviewing, and employee relations.
- Experience with sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of HR compliance standards and employment law is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
