Job Overview We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join the Lakewood Customs team. Are you passionate about customizing vehicles and are knowledgeable about the parts required to make this happen? Then this is the role for you! You'll be working with the team to sell customization packages and accessories. You'll work with both the internal team on retail projects, and are customer facing working directly to sell and support customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, as well as in-person customers
- Providing customer service to those inquiring about customization options
- Selling parts and accessories on behalf of Lakewood Customs, including but not limited to: lift kits, exhausts, wheel / tire packages, light packages, and more.
- Fulfill orders promptly and accurately
- Assist with the ordering of parts and accessories for both internal and customer orders, including follow up and delivery schedule accuracy.
Experience:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
- Organizational skills to maintain an efficient parts orders
