Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the overall kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a VERY fast pass establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed, including ingredients and utensils
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards is a plus
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and food handling in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices will be beneficial for success in this role

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
