- You're punctual and reliable. Showing up on time means being ready to work 15 minutes early, every day.
- You have a great attitude and thrive as part of a small, close-knit team, but you're also able to take initiative when needed.
- You're coachable and eager to learn. No prior cabinetry experience required, but a willingness to develop your skills is a must.
- You take satisfaction in seeing a project through from start to finish and leaving a space better than you found it.

- Hardware & Finishing: Installing doors, drawer pulls, hinges, and trim components with precision and care.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside our lead installer to meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Professionalism: Keeping worksites clean, organized, and hazard-free. We work in people's homes and that standard matters.
What We Expect From You:
- Punctuality and Reliability: A commitment to showing up on time, every time, ready to work.
- Positive Attitude: A great attitude toward the team, our clients, and the work itself.
- Coachability: A genuine desire to learn the trade and take feedback constructively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work full days on-site, including lifting, kneeling, and working in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: A focus on fit, finish, and quality in everything you do.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Required for travel between job sites across our service area.
Bonuses – Stand Out From the Crowd:
While not required, the following will make you a top candidate:
- Carpentry or Cabinet Installation Experience: Any hands-on woodworking, furniture assembly, or cabinetry background is a major asset.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfort using drills, levels, and hand tools in a professional setting.
- Customer-Facing Experience: We work directly in clients' homes. The ability to communicate professionally and leave a great impression matters.
- Leadership Potential: Experience mentoring or leading others is always something we value as we grow.
