Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose problems.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage and water supply connections.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or system modifications using proper safety procedures.
- Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Repair appliances and mechanical systems associated with building infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems enhances your suitability for this role.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Prior experience working with schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
