About the Project:
We're producing an exciting unscripted series centered around the world of hockey. We're looking for a sharp, organized Production Coordinator to join our team and help keep everything moving from pre-production through wrap.
This is a paid contract role running from June 29 through early October 2026, with the possibility of extension.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating production logistics including gear, travel, and scheduling
Supporting vendor outreach and booking
Managing day-to-day communications across the production team
Maintaining organized records, call sheets, and production documents
Providing on-set support during filming days
General in-office coordination between shoot days
What We're Looking For:
Experience working on set and in a production office environment (required)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
A team-first attitude no task is too small when the show needs it
Television or unscripted production experience is a strong asset, but not a dealbreaker
Familiarity with hockey or sports culture is a bonus
Contract Details:
Start Date: June 29, 2026
End Date: First week of October 2026 (extension possible)
Compensation: Paid rate commensurate with experience
Hours: Full-time contract hours
Work Format: Hybrid remote flexibility between shoot days, with required on-site presence during filming
