Full-Time Administration, reclassified replacement position
Reporting to the Director, the Researcher supports the Centre for Health Care Research & Innovation by leading and contributing to applied research activities, securing research funding, and conducting qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research. The role is responsible for supporting all stages of the research lifecycle, including proposal development, data collection and analysis, evaluation, reporting, and knowledge dissemination.
Successful candidates will be required to conduct work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus as required. It is anticipated that this position will meet the department's needs through a hybrid work arrangement, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with two days on-site at Conestoga’s Doon campus, located at 299 Doon Valley Dr. in Kitchener, and three days remote.
