Position Summary: The Project Manager I coordinates and executes cross‑functional projects, supports product management activities, and contributes to market research and commercial initiatives.
Contract Duration: 12 month contract
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Manages all aspects of projects for the organization.
- Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.
- Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery.
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
- Assists with the selection, negotiation and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors. Must build collaborative relationships.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support product and business decisions.
- Assist with product management tasks such as requirements gathering, prioritization, and cross‑functional alignment.

- Helps ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs, enabling effective sales and marketing execution.
Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of project management and marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
