Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix dental software
- Ensure the sterilization and proper handling of dental instruments and equipment
- Uphold infection control protocols in compliance with IPAC standards
Skills
- Proficiency in Dentrix or other dental practice management software
- Prior experience in dental hygiene is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
