Kennedy Insurance Brokers is an independent, locally owned, insurance brokerage specializing in business, home, auto, life and benefits insurance. We are currently seeking a highly motivated team player who possesses exceptional communication & organization skills with experience in the industry to join our team as a Personal Insurance Broker.
In this role you will:
- Be the welcoming point of contact for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including renewal reviews, remarkets, endorsements, coverage comparisons, etc.
- Compassionately advise clients on claims
- Quickly respond to client inquiries and resolve problems
- Increase client base by capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and referrals
- Maintain customer retention.
Qualifications:
- RIBO License (active & in good standing)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Personal Lines Insurance Broker role
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel is preferred.
- Post secondary education.
