About the Role
Cowboys Taphouse is looking for experienced, energetic bartenders and servers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and can keep your cool when the place is slammed, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Take food and drink orders and deliver them with speed and accuracy
- Mix and pour drinks (bartenders) with consistency and proper technique
- Build genuine rapport with guests and create a welcoming, memorable experience
- Handle a full section or busy bar during peak hours without missing a beat
- Process payments, handle cash/card transactions, and balance your till at close
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service moving smoothly
- Know the menu, specials, and beer/drink list inside and out
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or server in a bar, restaurant, or taphouse setting
- People person: you genuinely enjoy talking to guests, reading a room, and making people feel taken care of
- Quick on your feet: physically and mentally, you can multitask, prioritize, and adapt on the fly during a rush
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays/drinks for extended shifts
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling
- Valid Serving It Right / responsible beverage service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
