Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Framer. This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of construction and maintenance, contributing to a wide range of projects from residential renovations to commercial builds.
***Must be able to work long hours and have your own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.
- Perform concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation as needed.
- Carry out construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct assembly work for different components in construction projects.
- Provide restoration services to maintain or improve existing structures.
- Execute roofing, siding, and caulking duties as part of building maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to support project requirements.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, concrete forming, masonry, and flooring installation.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in the industry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Previous maintenance person experience is highly valued.
