Position: SMT Operator
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Shift: Afternoon Shift (flexibility required to move to Day Shift)

Summary of the Job
We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role involves operating SMT equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production targets. Flexibility is required as shifts may change based on workload.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SMT experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with soldering, assembly, and quality inspection
- Familiarity with Yamaha and/or Juki machines is an asset
- Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical background is an asset)
