Position: Freight Forwarding Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON - in office
Pay: 50-60k
Hours: 9AM–5PM
Requirements:
3+ years of freight forwarding experience - Air, Ocean, and Land
Experience preparing pricing/quotes for customers
Familiarity with logistics software (CargoWise experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Canada & US geography
Additional languages are a strong asset

Prepare and manage customer pricing/quotes
Coordinate with carriers and vendors for rates and service details
Support shipment execution, tracking, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate operational and pricing records
Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams

Knowledge of shipping documents and logistics workflows
