Stampede Sparkle is a professional residential cleaning company onboarding three experienced residential cleaners for recurring private homes. This opportunity is suited for individuals who take pride in quality work and reliability.
This role is not suitable for beginners or Airbnb-only cleaners.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining recurring residential properties to a high standard, following clear checklists and client expectations. We value quality, consistency, and professionalism.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential house cleaning experience
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Ability to clean a 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home independently in 3–4 hours
- Strong attention to detail (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, baseboards)
- Punctual, reliable, and professional communication
Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Compensation & Launch Incentive
- Competitive per-clean pay (approximately 25-27 dollars per hour)
- Limited-time launch bonus for the first set of completed cleans
- Consistent, recurring clients (no rush turnover jobs)
- Fewer homes per day with a focus on quality
Work Arrangement (Important)
This role is offered as independent contractor, self-employed work, which many experienced cleaners prefer for flexibility and control.
We explain pay, expectations, and paperwork clearly before starting, so there are no surprises. Everything is put in writing.
