Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Responsible for food prep for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Support the kitchen team during busy service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Oversee portioning and labeling processes
Requirements:
- Kitchen experience preferred
- Good knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Must include work references
- MUST be eligible to work in Canada
