Now Hiring: Building Materials Sales / Estimator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Building Materials Sales / Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction materials, estimating, customer service, and contractor sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate material take-offs and estimates for residential and commercial projects
- Assist contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection and pricing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Work closely with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely service
- Follow up on quotes and generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge across lumber, drywall, insulation, roofing, and related building materials
Qualifications
- Experience in building materials sales and/or estimating preferred
- Knowledge of construction products and basic building practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings is an asset
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with estimating software is considered an asset

- Pay based on experience
