A locally owned and operated fully licensed real estate firm, for over 30 years R. JANG & Associates Ltd. has been providing professional property management services throughout the Lower Mainland.
Who are we looking for?
· BCFSA License to provide Strata Management services
· at least two years of direct strata management experience
· experience in organizing and effectively running Strata Council and general meetings
· working knowledge of strata finances
· self motivated
· highly organized and detail oriented
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· working knowledge of building systems
· working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
· BCFSA License to provide rental property management is an asset
· working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Services Act
· BC Driver’s License and licensed vehicle
Work Environment
· Competitive salary
· Paid days off between Christmas & New Years
· Two weeks vacation each year
· Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· Maximum two strata meetings per week, ending no later than 7:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Experience:
- property management: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Strata Management License (required)
