Through our signature programs—including Adventure Learning Club, BrainSTEM, and JuTech—we provide hands-on experiences that inspire children to explore, create, solve problems, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Summer Learning Facilitator to support our Summer Camp programs for children ages 6–10.
This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing careers in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child & Youth Care, Recreation, Psychology, or related fields to gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with children.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily summer camp activities and workshops
- Support children during STEM, literacy, entrepreneurship, and creative learning projects
- Help prepare materials, activity stations, and learning resources
- Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and positive social interactions
- Assist with supervision and safety of participants
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging studio environment
- Support special events, showcases, and end-of-week presentations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in:
- Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Education
- Child & Youth Care
- Recreation
- Psychology
- Or a related field
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, reliable, and energetic attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with children is considered an asset
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

Compensation
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour
