ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Painter/Production Worker for our Metal Fabrication Division, you will be a key player in our production process, combining precision painting with essential shop support tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality industrial projects while growing your skills in a collaborative setting.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Industrial Painting:
- Prepare surfaces and expertly mix paints for industrial applications
- Apply two-part epoxy and urethane coatings using advanced spray systems.
Production Support:
- Operate hand tools and assist in material preparation.
- Maintain shop organization and contribute to a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed production deadlines.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: At least One (3) year of industrial painting experience is essential. Welding experience is a bonus!
- Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Attitude: Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is competitive, starting at $40.00- $50.00 per hour based on joining the Local 30P Union, and commensurate with the candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
