Competitive Wages:
- Floorhand: $40.60/hr
- Motorhand: $42.80/hr
- Derrickhand: $48.70/hr
- Driller: $55.70/hr
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts with regular overtime available
- Typical rotations of 14/7 or 20/10 (project dependent)
- Consistent rotational schedules with time off between hitches

What You'll Do:
As part of our drilling rig crews, you'll contribute to safe and efficient drilling operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily drilling operations
- Handling drill pipe and rig equipment
- Performing rig maintenance and housekeeping
- Following safe work procedures and company policies
- Identifying and reporting hazards
- Working as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
- Participating in ongoing safety meetings and training
What You'll Need
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to successfully complete Savanna's pre-employment testing and fitness assessment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
