About the Role
ProLogistics Carriers is looking for an organized and motivated Outbound U.S. Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating outbound flatbed shipments from Ontario into the United States, ensuring on-time service, excellent customer communication, and efficient fleet utilization.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate outbound U.S. flatbed shipments.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Monitor truck locations and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Prepare and submit customs documentation to customs brokers.
- Enter and maintain accurate load and customer information.
- Provide freight rates and quotations to customers.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and receivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve transportation, customs, delivery, and driver-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Maximize equipment utilization while maintaining high service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to learn new transportation software quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with flatbed transportation.
- Knowledge of U.S. and cross-border trucking operations.
- Familiarity with customs documentation and border procedures.
- Understanding of MTO and DOT regulations.
- Experience with transportation management software (Avaal experience is an asset).
- Experience using Loadlink or similar freight platforms is an asset.
- Must be a PR or Citizen
