Depol Contracting Ltd is growing and we are looking for motivated hardscape installers to join our team.
We specialize in high-quality landscape construction projects across Vancouver Island including:
- Retaining walls
- Paver patios & driveways
- Excavation & grading
- Fencing
- Artificial turf
- Full landscape construction
We take pride in building clean, professional projects and are looking for team members who care about quality workmanship and want to grow with a fast-moving company.
Responsibilities
- Install pavers, retaining walls, stairs, fencing, and other hardscape features
- Operate compact equipment and power tools safely
- Assist with excavation, grading, and material handling
- Follow site plans and directions from foreman
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently in a team environment
Requirements
- Experience in hardscape or landscape construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience operating skid steers or excavators is an asset

Pay
$25–$32 per hour depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available during busy season
Location
Nanaimo, BC
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
