Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Millwright)
Location: Commander Blvd,
Pay Rate: $35/hr-$40/hr for day shift (can be more depending on experience)
Shift: Day, Afternoon, Night
Millwright experience preferred
We are seeking a candidate with 5–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and production lines for a Cosmetic production facility. Responsibilities include:
Perform setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Support equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems, as well as PLC/HMI and sensors
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health & safety standards
High school diploma required; trade school training preferred
Mechanical or Millwright certification is considered an asset
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments
Strong knowledge of hand tools, machine tools, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely
