Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure inventory levels are adequate for order fulfillment
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries via phone or in person
- Negotiate prices and close sales to meet individual and team sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to enhance the shopping experience
- Document sales activities and customer interactions using organizational tools such as Microsoft Excel or CMMS systems
Experience
- Prior dealership experience, retail sales, or automotive repair background preferred
- Strong proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience with marketing strategies and sales management techniques
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, math skills for order fulfillment, and organizational skills for maintaining records
- Previous experience in customer service roles that require effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay: $34,146.42-$129,103.70 per year
