We're looking for a full time retail sales associate with weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday required) to join our team at Charisma ASAP. We're hoping to find someone who is friendly and welcoming to our customers and has a passion for women's fashion. It's hard to help customers find what they'll love if you don't love it too!
Other responsibilities/skills
-Basic computer skills are needed to operate our point of sale and look up daily sales for restocking
-Help with daily general cleaning - shared by all of the staff throughout the day and end of the day
-Learning new product as it arrives and maintaining knowledge of current inventory
-Unpacking, labelling, and steaming of new arrivals
-Some knowledge of social media or content creation is also welcome, but not necessary. We would love for someone to help us in this area!
Candidates need to have good availability with weekend hours required. Hours can be flexible but ideally we would like someone who can take on consistent days from week to week and be comfortable to open or close as needed. Typical hours are 10-6 and 11-5 on Sundays.
Pay is based on experience and there will be room for growth for anyone willing to learn and take on additional responsibility.
