Requirements:
- Cooking/baking experience and basic knife skills are an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is more important.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of baked goods (muffins, scones, cookies, etc.) and specialty coffee syrups according to established recipes.
- Preparing sandwich ingredients including chicken salad, caramelized onions, chickpea masala mix, and various sauces according to established recipes.
- Monitoring inventory to create an accurate prep list.
- Maintaining a clean and organized prep area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicating supply needs to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
- Working with the Kitchen Manager to develop new baked items, sandwich specials, and seasonal features as needed.
- Processing customers' orders through the Point of Sales (POS) system when needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
