Job Summary
We are looking to engage self-employed cleaning subcontractors to take on residential and commercial cleaning jobs on a flat-rate, per-job basis. This is a subcontractor opportunity, not direct employment — you'll operate as your own independent business, choose which jobs you take, and use your own equipment and supplies.
Candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic will thrive in this role, helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for
- Cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Own transportation and own cleaning equipment/supplies
- Ability to operate as a self-employed individual (own WCB coverage or personal coverage, business licence where applicable )
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to meet agreed job standards independently
- Comfortable working from a written scope-of-work checklist per job
- Police information check / background check willingness (required for entry into client homes and offices)
Requirements to be eligible
- Must be legally entitled to work/contract in Canada
- Must carry or be willing to obtain WCB personal coverage or equivalent liability coverage
- Must be willing to operate under a written Independent Contractor Agreement
- 18 years or older
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
