What does a Team Lead Furniture Mover do?
You’ll drive a 22-foot moving truck, lead a small crew, and deliver a smooth, stress-free move for our clients by:
- Protecting furniture (wrap, pads, shrink wrap)
- Loading/unloading efficiently and safely
- Managing the crew on-site (2–5 movers)
- Providing excellent customer service (friendly + professional)
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has a Class 5 driver’s license in good standing
✅ Is honest, reliable, and trustworthy
✅ Is physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy furniture/appliances
✅ Works well in a team (you’ll never work alone)
✅ Enjoys being active and on the road — every day is different
✅ Experience is NOT required — we train the right people
Pay & Extras
- $24–$26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
- Top movers earn $12,000+/year in tips
- Growth opportunities for strong performers
