Looking for a hands-on summer job where you can learn valuable mechanical skills & gain real-world experience?
Do you like working with hand & power tools? How about putting things together & figuring out how they work?
Join our team this summer! We'll train you so you'll be able to work independently & alongside our experienced technicians.
What You'll Do
- Assist with equipment assembly & disassembly
- Install & repair various equipment & components
- Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools & shop equipment
- Assist with parts cleaning, inspection & preparation
- Take on a variety of shop tasks & learn something new every day
- Help keep the shop clean, organized & safe
What We're Looking For
- Interest in mechanical equipment & hands-on work
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift & move materials as required
- May involve; repetitive tasks, some heavy lifting, long periods of standing
The work is full time, up to 40hrs/week. Monday to Friday. 8am to 4:30pm
Summer Term – ends August 31, 2026 *Date negotiable
Hourly wage $18.25/hour
