Job Summary
The Cue Club is a Billiards, pool & a gaming lounge in downtown Milton. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team for a hostess / server position and provide an exceptional customer service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell with a positive, friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu, promotions, and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Take & deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in Prep & handle assembly of food in kitchen.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
Qualifications and Skills
- experience in serving in a restaurant or hospitality setting or customer service.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Employment Details
- Work Schedule: 10-20 hrs per week. Must be available Fri - Sun evenings.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
