We're looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team of Customer Service Associates! The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. The Customer Service Associate / Cashier will be responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting customers and providing excellent customer service. This position is perfect for a college student who is looking to make some extra cash while getting valuable experience in the retail industry!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, coworkers, and self.
- Record transactions accurately and promptly.
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Aid customers in finding products they are looking for.
- Answer customers' questions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Pay attention to a fast-paced environment while dealing with multiple customers at once.
- Make change accurately and quickly.
- Talk to customers pleasantly even if they are dissatisfied.
- Deal well with occasional angry or irate customers.
