Job Summary
Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool is seeking a passionate, energetic, and caring Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Tuscany location for July and August 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position in September.

Position Details
- Location: Tuscany, Calgary
- Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Start Date: July 2026
- Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
You will be working with children aged 3 to 6 years, helping to create engaging learning experiences that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The successful candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Observe and document children's progress and development.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta licensing regulations and program policies.
Qualifications
- Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification (required).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Valid Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is an asset.
