We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk for up to 24 hours a week with a can-do attitude to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, working with a high degree of independence while supporting our wider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and compile accurate monthly financial reports.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Transactions: Prepare daily/weekly bank deposits and process precise journal entries.
- Account Maintenance: Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding invoices with professional care.
