Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in driving revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas, handling communications and sales inquiries, and cultivating relationships with designers and partners.
The role also involves planning and coordinating events, managing projects, and creating engaging content to support our global showcases.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, proactive in seeking new opportunities, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while working closely with designers, media, and stakeholders to enhance the brand’s outreach and impact.
This position is specifically focused on the Japanese market; therefore, fluency in Japanese is required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fashion or creative industries
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRMs, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience in the fashion or events industry is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required
